How long will I have to wait for my order?
Most products are sewn only after the order is placed – this way you can be sure that
you are receiving a freshly sewn item, prepared especially for you.
Processing time: 5–7 working days + delivery.
Can I return a product if it is made to order?
Yes. Although the products are made to order, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving your parcel – without giving a reason.
However, the clothes must not show any signs of wear.
How can I return a parcel?
To make a return, simply send us an email at kontakt@dispeed.pl and provide your order number. We will get back to you with instructions and the address to send the parcel back to.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to do so.
How can I exchange one size for another?
Exchanging sizes is very simple: please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel. If the size you require is available, we will reserve it for you and exchange it once we receive your return.
However, please do not try on the clothes during training – only clean and unworn items can be exchanged.
How to choose the right size?
You will find a detailed size chart on each product page. If you have any doubts, please contact us on Instagram or via the contact form. We can advise you better than an algorithm.

Can I track my order?
Yes. When the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from us – we will send the link by e-mail and SMS if you provide your telephone number.

We respond quickly – sometimes even faster than the parcel reaches the parcel locker.
Can I place an order from abroad?
Yes, we ship to most European countries. If you do not see your country on the list, please contact us and we will arrange individual shipping.
How many days will I have to wait for my refund?
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 working days, but we usually do it much faster. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the order was paid.
Are Dispeed products manufactured in Poland?
Yes. Everything is sewn locally – the sewing room is located 15 km from our office.
