Returns – Withdrawal from the Contract

A Consumer who has decided to purchase products from our online store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. To do so, please submit a statement, for example by sending an email to: sklep@dispeed.pl

Next, the returned product should be sent back in its original packaging, together with all contents. Clothing items must be undamaged and must not show any signs of use.

All refunds are made to the previously provided bank account immediately after the returned products are received and inspected, but no later than within 14 days.

Exchange

If a product purchased in our store does not meet your expectations, it is possible to exchange it for another model. To do so, please contact our customer service department by phone or by email at sklep@dispeed.pl.

Complaints

If a product purchased from us turns out to be defective, a complaint should be submitted immediately by email to: sklep@dispeed.pl

If a defect is found, the customer has the right to request from the seller:

  • replacement of the item with one free from defects,
  • removal of the defect,
  • a refund.

All complaints are reviewed by our company promptly after the complaint is received.
